Topographical Surveys

An accurate site survey is the perfect starting point for any development project. At Ace Surveys we offer a cost-effective, professional, friendly and time sensitive solution. Our policy is to survey above and beyond our clients expectations.

Surveys are carried out using calibrated Leica instrumentation that can be used in EDM or extended reflectorless modes, enabling us to pick points where no access is possible together with ridge and eaves level of surrounding buildings as well as those on site.

Manholes will be lifted with invert levels, pipe sizes and direction of flow annotated on completed drawings. All significant features are show with as much detail as your specification requires. Surveys can be tied into national grid using our GPS RTK units. Visibility display can be carried out to our client's requirements.

Projects will be issued by email, and DVD containing all drawings & photography as well as a hard copy in a glossy wallet for a clean professional finish.
